Today was a snow day, so I went out in the snow. The girls and I met Jason Gendron at Cape Neddick Light. The precipitation was coming down very hard and was a wintry mix of snow and rain. Horrible stuff. Turning to face the lighthouse was nearly impossible without getting the lens all wet.
After hanging out at The Nubble for a short while we plugged the coordinates for Portsmouth Harbor Light into my GPS and headed south. Neither Jason nor I had ever been into Fort Constitution Historic Site or near the lighthouse.
The Fort is very nice. It was nearly blizzard conditions and the snow was deep. We trudged through it, though. I was able to make my way out on some rocks to get a decent angle of the lighthouse. Jason and the girls made a snowman. Then Hayley suggested we make it into a snow lady. I added some rather large boobies and the girls had a good laugh. Then Jason smashed it to bits.

You got some good shots, Brent. It’s nice to know where Fort Constitution is now so we can go in better conditions. :)
Looks like fun! The girls seem to be bundled up quite well. I like your capture of the bits of falling snow.
brent..i wish i had been with you..what wonderful pics you got…i still remember our Portland headlight adventure…when you got us stuck in the snow..hahahaha
I finally learned how to make a snowman by myself. I love you.
